3. Prices and Payment Terms

- To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 48 business hours after receipt of returned merchandise.
Non-returnable items: Products marked “final sale,” products locked to accounts, or products otherwise noted as non-returnable.
6. Warranty and Disclaimers
Mac Apple Wholesale does not manufacture the products it sells. All items are secondary market products that may be pre-owned or controlled by third parties.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Some products may carry warranties provided directly by their manufacturer. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for warranty service.
Mac Apple Wholesale Warranty:
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date.
- Does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, accidents, or negligence.
- For defective products during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair or replace the product at no charge, or
- Refund the purchase price.
- Products returned with active accounts, locked devices, or linked services (such as “Find My iPhone”) are not eligible for warranty service.
